JDRF Walk, 2010

A nice sand-sculpture:

More JDRF walk pics
More.

A seemingly endless supply of dead urchins. If you need any. I didn't.

Self-Portrait.

Path to the beach. Note the sea grapes.

The view from the other end of that really long line of walkers.

JDRF "John Spencer Memorial Walk for a Cure"
Siesta Key Beach, around 9:00 A.M. this morning:

You may want to click on this one so you can try to see how far this line of people stretches. It was pretty impressive in person.
It's a small, small universe.
The wall at the end of the beach. Then we turned around and went back.
Siesta Key Beach, around 10:30 A.M. this morning:
Yep, that's the other side of the start banner, 5 kilometers later.

The Sun Also Sets...
I had no idea there were clouds on the horizon. Look at the first picture, they're not there, yet look at the second and there they are. Mother Nature's tricky!
Amazing to me how when the sun begins to set, the sky becomes so much more interesting than the beach everyone is there to visit.

Siesta Beach (yes, again). 2 April 2006
I have a few pics of the drumming circle that night.
They'll be here before too long...
